While I was in the U.S for the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative - YLAI fellowship program I wrote this prayer. Waking up every morning has to be a blessing which we sometimes take for granted. I try asking for guidance through my #Soul. I know I am not perfect as a human-being, but my soul as is everyone else's is pure and true. I wrote it in the Ndyuka language:

NANA Tii mi aini a pasi Di yu koti gi mi fu waka Yu sabi mi moo mi seefi Moo inii wan libi sama ofu wan sani Yu sabi mi gaan nen Poti mi futu aini yu futumaiki I sabi a mama begi fu mi ati Yu sabi fa mi o doo den winidey Mi o waka sondee feele Bika mi feele de a yu Mi naabi ana sai fu feti Mi poti mi feti aini yu ana Taanga mi Nana Tata Gwangwela mi de a biinya ------SASIYEH------
